Banded Snood (Rear Ribbon Tie) -

This snood is very full and the back portion
adjusts and ties with ribbon. Ribbon has a better "slide" for this function, so
in this case I prefer it. However, if you prefer a cloth tie, which is stronger
that can be made as well. You can achieve several very unique looks with this covering. It can be a snood or a long banded veiling. It can be worn far forward on the head or set back. Notice the many different ways it can be worn in the below pictures.
Can also be made with a cornered or curved brim.
The above has the ribbon let out and it is pretty much the same as the long banded veiling.

As seen above you can even tie this in the front if you so desire.
Q: Help! What size do I need?!:
A: If you are unsure of your size please select
medium. Please consider the following things as well. I don't mean to
overwhelm anyone, but read over this and perhaps you might get a better idea of
what is best for you.
Quite often people will have an idea from
previous veilings or hats if they have a small or large head. Sometimes a
person with a smaller head might desire the greater coverage area of a larger
veil, and so on etc.
If you wear your hair in a bun, consider your bun
size as well. Depending on the covering style, a bun might make a difference in
the fit.
My model that many of my veils are displayed on
is a bit on the small side. Quite often someone may desire a veil to lay
exactly where it is shown on the model. Keep in mind, the model also doesn't
have hair which also may affect her fit. In most cases you simply pin/clip the
veil on where you want it anyway.
Finally,
if you wish, you can measure all the way around your hairline area and put that
measurement in the notes section when you order it can help me determine the
size. This is not a perfect method as even our hair lines vary from lady to
lady.
